What Information May Be Collected

• Device and network information (IP address, device ID, ad ID, user agent, device type, etc.)
• Usage data (login status, level progression, stats, etc.)
• Profile information (first name and e-mail address)
• Login credentials (email address and password of adult account holders)

Why It’s Collected

 Support for internal operations (e.g., analytics, app improvement, providing user-generated preferences, etc.)

• Provide parent dashboard
• Easy access to provide customer support when necessary

With Whom It’s Shared

 Third-party service providers that support internal operations (i.e., Operators of app storefronts, providers of server hosting services)

Special Notice to Parents

• Aside from the “Parent Dashboard,” the App is directed to users under 13 years old (“Children” or “Child”). We do not collect personal information from Children except when permitted under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Parents and guardians of a Child have the right to contact us to review, correct, or delete their Child’s data at any time or to refuse to permit further collection or use of their Child’s data.
• A parent or guardian can create an account by clicking “Create Account” within the App. The parent or guardian will then be required to provide the parent’s first and email address. To prevent Children from leaving the App unintentionally, we have installed a “parent gate” and an exit message notifying the user that he or she is leaving the App.
